Order Processing Time
Please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be processed. We will notify you via email or SMS once it has been dispatched. Most orders are processed on the same day.
Delivery Time

UK Mainland Orders: Please allow 1-3 working days from the date of the shipping notification email or SMS.

International Orders: Please allow 10 to 28 days from the date of the shipping notification email or SMS.
Certain deliveries require a signature and will be sent via recorded delivery. If you are not available to sign, a card will be left by the carrier. Please check with your local carrier. Allow extra time for delivery during bank holidays and holiday seasons.
International orders may experience additional delays due to customs processing.

Import Duties, Taxes, and Brokerage Fees for International Orders
For international orders outside the UK mainland, import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns / Refunds Policy

Return and Exchange Eligibility:

Condition: Items must be in new, unworn condition with original packaging. Returns must be sent within 14 days of the return label being issued.
Refunds:
The refund will be processed for the amount paid, minus the shipping cost.
Return Shipping Costs:
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please ensure items are well-packaged and sent securely, with appropriate insurance if applicable.
Defective Items:
We will gladly exchange any defective items, and the customer will not be responsible for return shipping costs. For non-defective items, the customer is responsible for shipping costs both ways when returning or requesting an exchange.
